We came without any real expectations of getting a car. Israel was awesome. He explained every step , and next thing we know we are driving home in the carwe chose. Literally ran both my and my wife’s credit with two hard inquiries. Drove over two hours away because we spoke to them and they said we were approved for a new car regardless of credit got there and they ra inquiries. Drove over two hours away because we spoke to them and they said we were approved for a new car regardless of credit got there and they ran our credit taking away points then telling us we are not approved bc our credit didn’t meet the banks approval. The lies and bs that was said. Even the guy that we dealt with said they didn’t tell him he didn’t have air until after he picked his office. So clearly they wait to get you in before they pull out the rug. They are full of xxxx and I wish I would have read the reviews before I drove all the way here. We just got a call on our way home from another dealer letting us know our car we were originally sold btw tested in was waiting on us to pick up. And without a co-signer or a xxxx ton of money down. Y’all should just be honest in the beginning and we wouldn’t have let you xxxx up our credit even more. More
I bought a new car from Bo. I don't have any issues with the car, however he did add a 3000 dollar extended warranty on to the back end of my loan without even mentioning it to me. Now, I know it's my fault the car, however he did add a 3000 dollar extended warranty on to the back end of my loan without even mentioning it to me. Now, I know it's my fault for not checking closer, but by the time I finally got in front of the finance person I had already been there 5 hours. I think this may be a tactic for that very reason. Their own website calls that "dirtiest" of sales people to add on things and hope they are missed. After some research I found I'm able to have it canceled, which I will be doing this week. I cant speak on their used cars, but if you're buying a new car be careful and read the contract line by line. I don't care how long they keep you there!! More
The love it or trade it is worthless, i left there at 5pm and called the next morning when they opened saying i was unhappy and would like to get into something different and was told the paperwork had all b and called the next morning when they opened saying i was unhappy and would like to get into something different and was told the paperwork had all been sent and to sleep on it one more night and if i still wasn't happy to call back in the morning so that's what i did seeing's how i was told it would not make a difference if i came back in the same day or the next. I called the next morning told them i was still unhappy and would like something different, i told them what i wanted and was supposed to hear back that same day but of course it was a runaround, it took 3 more days to get an answer and by then they said the bank issued the payment and they could do nothing. And if i wanted something else i would need to trade in what i just bought and because there would be negative equity there was nothing i could do. Everyone knows when you drive a car off the lot it loses equity so then how does their Love it or Trade it work? everyone would be in the same spot. It was well played on their part, giving me the runaround long enough for the bank to issue them payment instead of calling the bank the morning i called and putting this sale on hold to redo with another vehicle. Buy from anywhere else they even gave me less for my trade then CarMax quoted but because i thought buying local would help the community i went to them, i was so wrong they took advantage and treated me like i did not matter. The truck i bought wasn't even washed nor did it have an oil change and only 68 miles till empty. This was the first and last time i will ever buy from them. More

I've been trying to trade my car in since the middle of December. I have been calling and leaving messages and nobody will get back to me. This has been the worst customer service I've experienced.
