Boo. The Cadillac dealership nearest to me or I wouldn't go. Consistently have issues on every service visit so frustrating. I was in the shop 4 times t The Cadillac dealership nearest to me or I wouldn't go. Consistently have issues on every service visit so frustrating. I was in the shop 4 times this week for what was supposed to be a regular oil change. 1st Visit - oil change - ended up having a new battery put in and air filter changed - check engine light on ($465). The check engine light came back on the next morning. 2nd service - left the car all day for diagnosis - fuel pump control replaced ($585). Picked it up in the late afternoon - was charged $45 for gas in the loaner because it wasn't completely on FULL. The next morning 2 more lights on the dash - "Change air filer" and "change oil soon". Go back in - they have to reset!!! And while he is doing that, discovered a new sticker had to be put on because they didn't put a new one on when serviced. My last visit there was the same scenario of return service problems (they started to scrape off my old sticker and didn't finish and put the new one underneath). The staff is good with the check in person and administrative follow up of "thank you" notes and please "rate me excellent" texts. Cut back on the admin costs and thoroughly service the vehicle please. More

Scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment to have remote start programmed on my 2023 Colorado. When the appointment was made, I was never told this would be a drop-off or that the truck would be kept multiple day programmed on my 2023 Colorado. I rearranged my schedule, showed up on time, and only then was asked if I had a ride — followed by being told it would be two days before they could even get to it. Had this been explained upfront, I would have planned accordingly or scheduled a different time. What made this worse was the complete lack of concern from the service department once the issue was raised. No accountability, no attempt to fix the situation — just indifference. This wasn’t a repair problem. It was misleading scheduling, poor communication, and zero respect for customer time. More

From the moment I walked into Whitaker Chevrolet it felt different than any other dealership I had been in. Every person I encountered was professional, attentive and friendly. The salesperson I was there to meet was Brad and he worked with me every step of the way. The process lasted around a week as he worked to find the perfect car and price for my budget. I ended up with a 2025 Chev Tahoe Premier and it’s perfect. This experience extended into the finance office with Mr. Baker. He did not use any of the heavy sales tactics I’ve seen in other places - instead, he was informative and respectful. Bottom line: The culture at Whitaker is different and I would highly recommend anyone to go there. More
