Rick Townsend got my issue fixed. I had blown roof speakers in my 2020 RDX. Rick got it taken care of pretty quickly but I nearly took a star off for having to call back after about f I had blown roof speakers in my 2020 RDX. He was going to check into how the speakers could be removed. He did a great job once committed to the task. Two roof speakers were replaced at no charge and it only took a few minutes in the waiting room. More
