I did extensive research in the process of buying a new vehicle. What surprised me was how much difference there was in the dealer experience especially because I was shopping in the so-called luxury SUV m vehicle. Unfortunately, even some these dealers still use old high pressure, gotcha tactics that turned me off so much I didn't even want to consider the cars after having a negative dealer experience. Then I went to Key Acura of Gainesville and met Angie. No high pressure, great knowledge of the vehicles, test drives without restrictions (even offered to let me take it home if I wanted after we settled on price). After the purchase there were a couple of service items that needed attention and there service manager, Joe, his staff and Louis the General Manager, all did whatever they could to create a positive buying and service experience. I've now owned my new car for over 2 months and am very happy with it and the experience I had at this dealer. Highly recommend! More
