John found one car that i liked, and had it shipped up to North Hampton for a small deposit. John was super friendly and I was fortunate to get such a great deal on my new Jetta. I have bought multiple used cars from this Non-Pressure dealership, all through the same helpful salesperson. The atmosphere was very clean and updated. I am actually in the process now of looking for a used s.u.v. and have called James on several vehicles I have seen on their website, he was very fast in responding to my questions. salesman was excellent but the finance manager was horrible. Actually hung up on me when I asked him for my deposit back because he was trying to finance me at 13%.
