We had a wonderful experience with our salesman and the upper management at Prime Acura North. Adam was fantastic, he was very friendly and honest with us. We were not sure at first if we were going to find the car for us on that same day, but if we hadn't we would've absolutely been back once Adam was able to find the car for us. We pulled into the dealership around 2 in the afternoon, and we didn't leave until about 6:30 or so in the evening, he spent alot of time with us to make us feel comfortable and helping us find the right car for our growing family. Joe was the finance guy at Prime Acura North when we bought our car and the reason I scored so low on quality. We absolutely LOVE our car! But we just were not very impressed with Joe's interpersonal skills, and his attention to details. There were details missed that delayed us in registering our car...we were not impressed. When this happened I called Adam and he took care of the problem within minutes. There were repairs that needed to be made to the car as part of our contract, and Adam was sure to be there every step of the way to help us with any problems and answer any questions we had. We will definately recommend Adam Weeks to all of our friends and family. More
