Tom, the GM, was great to deal with. Normally we fear the finance guy, but David was a pleasure. Asa and Chui (Jose) were very patient with us and helped us find the right vehicle. I took my car in for service recently and my experience was wonderful. Ethan noticed that my key fob was giving me some issues so he took it upon himself to fix the issue while my car was being serviced. My wait time was less than an hour and Ethan kept me updated on the progress of my car. I have been an Acura customer since the dealership opened in Reno back in 2008, and even though the ownership has changed, Ethan's level of customer service will keep me coming back. in all honesty the only reason we went back was because of Tom Jeers, i have worked in my dealership now for 30 years, and am the service manager at the largest Chevrolet dealer in northern Nevada, so i kn of Tom Jeers, i have worked in my dealership now for 30 years, and am the service manager at the largest Chevrolet dealer in northern Nevada, so i know what it takes to please people Tom did a great job getting my wife into our 4th MDX, if there is one take away i would say the sales man that helped us was a little LAX never offered to go over anything in the new car, just very unplugged, we had to put our own plates on and had to catch that the car was on empty and needed fueled, just the little things like when he took the sticker off the window he just jammed it in the glove box and tore it ! and then when i asked how the home link was set up he said oh just like your last one!.??? wow anyway 5 stars for Tom and 2 for our sales man. More
