Purchased a 2005 Ford F150 4WD Truck My grandson and I were cruising dealerships looking for a used truck on a Saturday. When we entered Key Auto Mall our car stalled and would not start My grandson and I were cruising dealerships looking for a used truck on a Saturday. When we entered Key Auto Mall our car stalled and would not start again. Three salesmen, one being Eric Mlekush, came to help us out. We tried to get the car going to no avail. While waiting for a ride, Eric and I discussed used trucks and price range. He and the Sales Manager showed me one that just came in and was not on the lot yet. We took it for a test drive and then Eric and I worked out a deal. Eric then made me an appt. to have the truck inspected, serviced and any repairs found fixed as part of the deal. I worked with Casey for the repair visit and she was super. I had been looking for awhile and could not find a truck I liked and in my price range. Everyone I dealt with or have spoken to at Key have been terrific, especially Eric. He even gave my little grandson a popsicle while we waited. Eric also located and ordered a cosmetic piece for my wife's Mazda which, in itself is going above and beyond. I received outstanding service from Eric. I felt like I was his #1 customer that day and every day since. I've contacted him several times and each time he has been courteous and helpful. More

Key to my heart! I had a wonderful experience buying from Key Auto Mall. I went in looking at a beautiful Ford Flex that I saw online but Eric Mlekush could see I was I had a wonderful experience buying from Key Auto Mall. I went in looking at a beautiful Ford Flex that I saw online but Eric Mlekush could see I wasn't totally in love with it and we talked about my home life and what vehicles could fit my style and budget. He suggested some and everytime I came back from the test drive he had my next dream car lined up. I ended up with a Mazda cx9 and am one happy customer!
