David Hayes I was a die-hard Toyota fan for over 20 years and was intent on buying another Toyota until I stopped in at Key Buick. I only stopped there to see th I was a die-hard Toyota fan for over 20 years and was intent on buying another Toyota until I stopped in at Key Buick. I only stopped there to see the Enclave because whenever I saw one on the road I admired its exterior. Believe me, I had NO intention of buying a Buick I was just "window shopping" as women do. I had spent the earlier part of the day at a Lexus and a Toyota dealership where the minute you park your car a salesman attaches himself to you and begins his hard-sell pitch. I don't know how everyone else feels about that approach but that sales technique makes me want to run away. I mentally prepared myself for more of the same when I went to Key Buick. Boy, was I in for a surprise of a lifetime. No one jumped out of the bushes to start badgering me about buying a car. In fact, it was quite the opposite. It was like a dream come true. I was able to meander around the showroom to look at all the vehicles, sit inside and explore their interiors and collect my thoughts so I could ask the right questions. I was in heaven! And then I met David Hayes. He was easy going, informative and addressed all my questions. In fact, if there was a question that I failed to ask, he brought it to my attention. Never in all my years of buying cars had I had such a wonderful time at a dealership. Well, I bet you can guess by the above review the outcome of my visit-I bought a Buick!! The Enclave runs like a dream and has all the "bells & whistles" that I wanted. On top of that it has won a few awards and the professional reviews of this car are wonderful. My last surprise came as David actually accompanied me to the vehicle, got inside and paired my phone for me, setup the "on star" system, and took the time to go over every button & gadget on the dashboard. Usually, a dealer handed me the keys and told me the manual was in the glove box. I could go on & on about the service I received but I fear I've overdone it already. So I have 2 things left to say to Key Buick. 1) Your dealership should be the model for all dealerships & 2) NEVER let David Hayes leave because he is truly an asset to your company.
