He always greets me with a smile and a firm handshake. He keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle from start to finish. If it takes too long he lets me know well in advance so travel plans can be adjusted. I would recommend Key Buick GMC to anyone who needs a vehicle as they have a vast selection.
