I have to say my experience with Key dealer was the total opposite. Tim Vollink was professional, knowledgeable and a great listener to our needs. After a few minutes of capturing what we would like in a car he showed us many vehicles and didn’t try to up sale with others packages. His attention to detail is what kept us engaged and eventually make a deal with Key dealer.
