While we were sure to do our research, Key was by far the most affordable for the car we were looking for in the Jacksonville area. Their price was even lower than the price we got off of truecar.com. We worked with Albert Walton and he did not hassle us or try to sell us anything we werent looking for. He showed us exactly what we asked for and was able to come through with the exact number we had in mind. We worked with Terri(i think?) for all the closing paperwork like registration and warranty and he was also so great. It was the easiest car buying experience ive had. These are great people and definitely do not fit into the usual car seller stereotypes. It really felt like they were looking out for our best interest the entire time. Thank you Key Hyundai!!! As soon as I contacted them, I was connected with Josh Brown and Nick The customer service at Key Buick GMC on Southside/Gate Parkway was outstanding. As soon as I contacted them, I was connected with Josh Brown and Nick Rogers. I gave them my price range and style of vehicle I was looking for, and they immediately emailed me with three options that worked for my preferences. They always valued my time and were considerate of what I could afford. I narrowed their selection of vehicles down to three and as soon as I drove the Buick Encore, I was sold! When I test drove it, Josh was so knowledgeable about the vehicle. While I sat for a bit as we completed the paperwork, we had four employees, including the sales manager Nick, come up and chat with us briefly, asking if we needed anything. They were extremely accommodating, efficient with getting my paperwork completed, and even made sure the car was newly detailed with a full tank of gas. Best service ever! we were on our way down to Florida from Michigan and had a air-conditioning problem. Called OnStar and asked for a Buick dealership in Jacksonville Fl we were on our way down to Florida from Michigan and had a air-conditioning problem. Called OnStar and asked for a Buick dealership in Jacksonville Florida and they gave me the phone number for key. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Butch in the service dept. while we were driving in Virginia. I asked them if we could drop the car off on Saturday. That was the day our cruise was leaving. The gentleman said we could , and he would meet me outside of service at 10:30. He gave me a phone number to call him when we get there. It was his own personal cell phone! It turned out that it was his day off. He then drove us to our port. They fixed the car while we are on our cruise. We had the oil changed , they fixed a couple things we were not aware of, and then they topped off the fuel so we could get right to the highway for our trip home. They drove the car to the port so it was waiting there for us when we disembarked! They even let us take care of the bill over the phone. I have never had such excellent service in any industry ever. My only regret about my experience there is that I live in Michigan and I can't deal with them on a regular basis. I am a business owner and do consulting for other people in my profession on how to run a business . I have never seen customer service to this level !!!!!!!!!! More

He emailed me and we were able to complete negotiations for a GM Supplier Discount code and selected Key Buick because they were closest to my home. When I arrived at the dealership and it was appraised in-person I was even able to negotiate an increase in the trade-in amount. Mike was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.
