Just my second experience dealing with Jerry but so far I couldn't be more pleased. He is one of the most personable service managers I have had the pleasure to deal with. I am so impressed by his genuine interest in the care and maintenance of my car as well as his in depth explanations of it's day to day operation. He also ensured I received the benefit of the promotions available for the services I was there for (I had no idea they were even available) saving me even more money! It is so apparent that he truely has his customer's best interest at heart and it is Key Buick's good fortune to have him as part of their team. I have a very high mileage 2000 Buick Park Ave. It has been a great car for me but I have had a nagging problem of having it pull to the left. No one has been able to fix this problem. I went to Key Bui been a great car for me but I have had a nagging problem of having it pull to the left. No one has been able to fix this problem. I went to Key Buick and after much effort on their part was able to get the steering wheel straight, the front end aligned properly and the pull was gone. I had several other items taken care of at the same time and now this car runs and feels like a new one. All the folks were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They solved my problems with this car and know they will do likewise in the future. More
This dealership should be a model dealership for GMC.I've bought many new cars and trucks in my life,but never treated this well,I was totally blown away.I purchaced a new gmc serria at my local GMC dealersh bought many new cars and trucks in my life,but never treated this well,I was totally blown away.I purchaced a new gmc serria at my local GMC dealership in town.The first time I took it on the highway I had a little wheel shaking about 60 MPH.I took it back and the dealership and they informed me that GMC would not pay for any front end work or wheel balanceing until the truck had 3000 miles on it.They said the tires may have flat spots in them and it might go away.I called Key the next closes dealership and they said bring it in.When I got there they took me in right away and then said it might be a couple of hrs before it was done and rented me a car.By noon time it was done,they balanced all four tires.As I was leaveing the manager to the service department asked me if I had a minute,He wanted to take a ride in the the truck with me to make sure I was satisfied with the repair.He explained to me it dosen't matter how many miles you have,you bought a new GMC product and you should be sattisfied.The funny thing is I didn't by the truck at key but now wishing I had.Well they have gained a new customer and I buy every three to four years so next time.All I can say is this place rocks as a dealership with remarkable service and friendly people. More

Very friendly staff! Kept the wait within the time they said it would take. My only suggestion is a small detail of returning seats, mirrors, and steering wheel back to orignial (or close to it) position b said it would take. I took delivery of a new 2002 Buick LeSabre LTD 4DR on August 17, 2002. I am very pleased to say Key Buick is the "only" dealer to have performed repairs of any nature on my automobile. I have had vario August 17, 2002. I am very pleased to say Key Buick is the "only" dealer to have performed repairs of any nature on my automobile. I have had various problems over the years which required correction or replacement due to wear and tear since my purchase. Key Buick has corrected each replacement/repair without difficulty due to their Service Manager, Butch Ferrizzi and a very competent service repair mechanic. I have found Key Buick to be a company of friendly, professional, dedicated employees who have satisfied me in each and every way. I wouldn't go elsewhere. More
