Last Tuesday as I was leaving work my tire sensor gauge came up saying my rear tire was low. I stopped at the local tire place (it was 3:50 PM) and they were closing up. I called Key and spoke with Georg came up saying my rear tire was low. I stopped at the local tire place (it was 3:50 PM) and they were closing up. I called Key and spoke with George who said to come on over and they would fit me in. I got there at 4:30pm after waited for my husband to put more air in before heading over to White River Chevrolet. They not only patched the tire but made sure to patch it from the inside. From the time I arrived, I interacted with 4 different guys, each and every one of them were friendly and helpful. The best part of this experience…..no charge. I am a customer of theirs. Had a complete detail done to my Colorado last week and it was not even close to being complete. Paper thank you was covering the salt of floor mats. The bed of my truck wasn't even touched. This was the worst possible experience attempting to order a vehicle from this dealership. I provided a deposit and was told it would be about three months. I waited patiently for three months with no i order a vehicle from this dealership. I provided a deposit and was told it would be about three months. I waited patiently for three months with no information whatsoever from them. I then called them to find out when my truck would be arriving, and they told me that my truck wasn't coming and that I'd have to submit a new order and wait another three months. At worst, they lied to me and they never submitted my original order, or at best, they are incompetent because they never bothered to even check on my order and communicate any issues to me. There was never any offer of any compensation for their mistakes and no offer to figure out how to reduce the the wait for a second order. Nothing! It was an overall terrible experience. They apparently feel that they have enough customers and that they don't need or want my business (or yours). More
