Found the car that fit the bill perfectly, and negotiated details over phone/text/email late on a Friday afternoon. Flew over 1000 miles on Saturday morning to the nearest airport in New Hampshire and Key Chevrolet had a driver waiting for me to take me back to the dealership to finalize the paperwork and close the deal. From the driver (Willy), to Michelle in sales, to John in finance, everyone I dealt with prior to, during or after the sale treated me with a friendliness and respect that made me feel like I'd known them for years.
