This is Luke Mattern, the General Manager. This is all true. I’m completely understanding of your frustration. Unfortunately the vehicle had not made it through the shop and ended up out front for sale. The salespeople know that if the vehicle out front then it has been through the shop so I understand where Will would have assumed that it was the rotors having light surface rust on them from sitting, pretty normal. I have changed the process for used vehicles and this won’t happen again. We stand behind you 100% and will make the vehicle as you thought and told that it was. I have put in a request to compensate you for your time and inconvenience. On behalf of the dealership and it’s employees, my sincerest apologies.
