William is the only reason I purchased my car from Key. He was very helpful, sent pictures and even a video of the car before I came to look at it. He was easy to work with and unlike many other salesmen, he offered information without being pushy. He worked hard to make sure I was not taken advantage of. I would recommend William to anyone looking to buy a car. He is more of an advocate than a salesman. I told one of the managers William is the best part of the dealership and they should do everything they can to hold on to him. He is one of the first car salesman with integrity. Thank you for the help. I’ll be sure to find him the next time I need a car. The dealership was not a place I would recommend. I was lied to by Chris, the sales manager about the bottom dollar price on the car I was looking at and then it was lowered online the following day. He pushed papers around telling me what a great deal it was and wanted me to believe his lies. I knew from the second I met him I didn’t trust him. Then, after I was told I could have the new internet price I was told by Jay, the internet manager, I would have to finance through them to make the deal. There was no deal at this point... I was buying the car at the listed price. He said he needed to make the contract. My advice is if you want to shop at Key make sure William is your salesman. More

Very frustrating First off I purchased a used vehicle that had not been checked out before selling to me, so when i went to have it inspected i was shocked when i was First off I purchased a used vehicle that had not been checked out before selling to me, so when i went to have it inspected i was shocked when i was told it did not pass inspection and it needed new tires and brakes. Then when i brought it back to have work done i left a note in car saying to please deliver to my work by 3 and then i also had to fill out envelope for my keys and said the same thing. My mom had also called at 10:30 and again made sure they would be delivering my car to my job by 3 and was told my car was the next one to go in. Well needless to say my car was not delivered to my job so I had to get a ride up to dealership and was told I put 3:30 (which I know I didnt) I explained to them I had my after school child I watch and that I was suppise to be somewhere by 3:30. So they decide to have me take home a car from dealership which took till about 3:30, so if in fact my note had said 3:30 obviously it was not going to be delivered on time anyways. So I am given a vehicle that was not even cleared of the snow and ice and i had no scraper. So i had to get as much as i could with my arms and hope for the best. The next morning i go and pick up my car only to see that the tire pressure light is on. I call and am told with cold weather that happens (and yes i know this does) but these are brand new tires and was only out in cold for night. They tell me to come in and they will check it. Honestly I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I brought it back. Meanwhile I'm thinking I just bought this vehicle and already it's a headache and I haven't even made first payment. So guy checks tires and one of the back ones was low. He tells me light will go off shortly. Well it didnt go off so again I call and get told same thing about the cold and tire pressure and I tell him the light never went off from when he checked the night before. So now I'm being told it's probably the sensor and they are ordering a new one. Let's hope that is in fact true. I went here because I read many positive reviews but as of right now I am not happy. The general manager did apologize for the problems I encountered but I'm still frustrated. Oh I should also add that when I test drive it I had my sales guy come with me because I heard a funny noise and he assured me that it was because it had been sitting for so long and the noise would go away as I drove it. It has gone away since the tires and brakes were done. And if it had never been checked out by their people ( it came from another dealership) how could he know what it was. More
