Nice, friendly Staff The service center was staffed with friendly faces that recognized me after only being there once. I would liked to been updated more rather than having to go to the dealership to find out what was wrong only to be told I needed to come back the following week to get the problem fixed. I needed my vehicle and it sat there for an entire day before I called and asked what was going on with it, only to be told I needed to bring it back after the dealership gets the part to fix the problem. Better communication about the progress on the vehicle would have been nice making it easier to schedule. Now I have to go back again next week to get the pet fixed. More

Great customer care! I called to ask questions about a used car I saw on line and was connected to Jashua. He was very helpful. I drove about an hour from my home to cons I called to ask questions about a used car I saw on line and was connected to Jashua. He was very helpful. I drove about an hour from my home to consider this car. Jashua was there waiting for me, showed me the car and came with me on a test drive. He was very personable, easy to talk to, and knowledgable. I never felt any pressure only a sincere effort to help me experience the car and see for myself if it was right for me. Great deal Want to share my experience with the world.when I went to see Jashua tetrault he asked me what was I looking for for a car?what price range ?jash told Want to share my experience with the world.when I went to see Jashua tetrault he asked me what was I looking for for a car?what price range ?jash told me to come to the dealership and drive different cars to see what made me comfortable.he showed me two different cars .i tried a car but my wife hated the color jash and his manager began to dig through there Inventory of other color cars to make my wife happy.we decided on a Chevy traverse.we then looked at the price of the car .looking for a car that fit are budget.jash talked to his manager trying to get us with a payment we could be completely satisfied with.the car we ended up deciding on was a loaner that happens to be out to a customer at the moment.we used the new car that my wife didn’t like the color for a few days until the one we bought came in.never experienced a dealership letting a customer borrow a car for three days before.the car we bought came in the price was amazing jash worked hard to make my wife and me happy.after the sale if I had any questions jash would call me back to answer them.us older folks don’t understand all the electronics now a days. If you are reading my review I would like you to know we left the dealership with a smile and jash made that happen.he really cares about his customers and what he can do to make everyone happy.
