Did not check tire pressure when rotating promaster tires. Wound up with 65psi in the back and 80psi in the front. Called to get it corrected left message 2 1/2 hours later had not received a call back tires. Wound up with 65psi in the back and 80psi in the front. The corrected the problem but no apology for messing it up and all the extra time and hassle on my part More

Was totally disappointed that they can not find out what the problem is with my jeep compass. Went for oil change and to fix 2 tires with screws in them. Took 2 hours and they only put plugs in them instead of patches and never pumped tires back up to pressure after plugging them them.
