I've known this shop for the last 15+ years when it was under different ownership. The new owners are a corporation that owns many other dealerships. There is no longer any sense of doing business with an under different ownership. The new owners are a corporation that owns many other dealerships. There is no longer any sense of doing business with an individual, and you're just another number. The finance manager (with 20 odd years at this dealership) made more mistakes on the paperwork, tried to not give the agreed warranty, wrong interest rate, extra fees, etc. Generally nice people, but too sneaky for me to deal with again.
