New service customer I previously rented from Newcastle Chrysler with a positive experience. This was the first time I got a vehicle serviced there. I have a Mercedes Spri I previously rented from Newcastle Chrysler with a positive experience. This was the first time I got a vehicle serviced there. I have a Mercedes Sprinter camper (Pleasure-Way Plateau). I was impressed with the knowledge and experience of the service manager. My only disappointment was that they didn’t have a fuel filter available after making an appointment over a week in advance. Rebecca told me they were unable to change it because of different types are available. Maybe they received the wrong one, but she assured me it could wait until the next service. My father was in the auto service business so my standards are pretty high, but I felt Newcastle Chrysler was very competent with excellent customer service. I will go to them again if I need service when in Maine. Plus, the loaner car was a huge asset with my busy schedule. This company is very supportive of community activities. A true good neighbor. Transmission slipping My Jeep was overheating at only 70 mph, and felt like it was not shifting into next gear, its an automatic . Never realized how bad the jeep was running til after it was repaired!! More
