They are understaffed, only one mechanic actually knows what he's doing and we've had to replace the same part in our 2022 truck three times in the past year. I feel that every time I have my car serviced for something, something else is broken. I've had my car in there several times for one complaint & not once was it test driven but other 'things' needed something, something else is broken. I've had my car in there several times for one complaint & not once was it test driven but other 'things' needed to be replaced which never corrected the initial problem until I decided to replace all 4 tires. Now after a recent inspection, I now have a rubbing situation that I have to wait to have money to get it taken care of. More
