Great communication and honest good work Matt was wonderful. Failed brake inspection. Said I had 2mm pad left when there was over 5mm. Changed pads and rotors off site. When brought to Matt's attention he said why did you change them then. My reply was why didn't you inspect them properly. I don't trust rochester key Ram. I will not be back there. There was other issues but to much to list. Very disappointed. More
