Chayce Steffiare Key Auto sold me a 2019 ram 2500hd diesel. The condition of buying this truck was that it came with 4 brand new tires. Well, they followed along with 4 brand-new tires, but put 4 tires diesel. The condition of buying this truck was that it came with 4 brand new tires. Well, they followed along with 4 brand-new tires, but put 4 tires on the truck that is below the manufacturer specifications load index for the truck.. The auto service put on load rated C tires on my truck, when the manufacture calls out for load E. I called other local ram dealers (including Key in Portsmouth) and they all have said “theres no way load c tires should go on that truck”. I’ve tried working with them and they are refusing to. Laughing in my face and often taken days to get back to me. This is a safety concern for me and my children and now I have to put new tires on my truck out of pocket. I will never buy here and will tell everyone I talk to avoid any Key dealership. Buyer beware. More
