Took my car in for a diagnosis on some noises that it was making. Within a very short amount of time they came out and said that it was the transmission and that it was on the “verge of failure.” That was a making. The actual problem? An alternator with shot bearings, and a bad wheel bearing. Had I taken the word of their “factory trained technicians,” I would’ve ended up paying thousands of dollars for a repair that only cost a few hundred. On top of that, I was charged $100 for this diagnosis. I don’t know how their sales department is but as far as the service department, I would stay away. More

They fixed the vehicle and charged me $500 deductible and called it a goodwill repair. I didn’t even ask them, they offered this to me as an option. Never have I been treated so well at a dealership.
