Everyone is very friendly from the moment I walk into the service department to when I pay my bill. They acknowledged me when I walked in the door, and when the appointment took longer than usual because the service department to when I pay my bill. They acknowledged me when I walked in the door, and when the appointment took longer than usual because the wipers I was interested in took longer to locate in the parts department, not only did I get an apology but they also gave me the wipers at NO cost!! I was very impressed, they didn't have to do that, but they did! My only negitive thing to say is that I miss the 'quiet room' for waiting for my jeep, I like to read while I wait and the TV is very distracting. More

Friendly, curtious, called when work complete, picked me up with a shuttle, no cost as this was warranty. Two rattles reported, were not found. One would not produce rattle when I picked up. I am never disappointed with the quality of work or the efficiency with which it is completed. The record keeping is excellent and Scott is always more aware of what my vehicle is in need of having done t efficiency with which it is completed.
