Terrible customer service sales manager would have sold the truck I was buying if someone had showed up before my appointment. I had my truck towed in and had an offer for it. Had my own financing and coul the truck I was buying if someone had showed up before my appointment. I had my truck towed in and had an offer for it. Had my own financing and couldn’t use it with a lower rate because of delayed funds transfer wouldn’t hold the truck for 1 day. Didn’t explain this before I had my disabled truck towed. Jeep was dirty and didn’t appear to have been prepped, food and someone’s hat under the rear seat. Jeep smelled of cigarettes and had minor scratches all over it. They stated that they would buff out th food and someone’s hat under the rear seat. Jeep smelled of cigarettes and had minor scratches all over it. They stated that they would buff out the whole thing and get rid of the odor and they didn’t. I had minor problems with it around day three and when I called he asked, “did you buy the extended warranty?” In defense of the manager, he wasn’t there when I picked it up. More
