I am still waiting for my issue to get resolved. The general manager has yet to reach out. I had to make a counter offer to fix the issue with my tires. The day after I purchased the vehicle was when i realized the tires were crap. (It was dark when I test drove it and dark when I picked it up) I messaged the sale guy, Andrew, the next morning. He told me the service department passed the tires in the inspection. I was still not happy with this since all my tire lights were on, the senser light, the pressure of all 4 and there were no caps on the values. The tread was very low. I called to made an appointment for them to check my tires, replace my broken wipers(yes, both were broken) and to put covers on the valve stems, and screw on my license plates (there were no screws left in the plate holders) Once the took the car in, I waited an hour to not only get charged for the wipers, but to be told that i needed new tires and will need them before my first oil change. There is absolutely NO reason why I should have to purchase new tires for a 2024 car that I just purchased. After complaining i was told they would take care of. SO, I waited, the general manager or whomever they were waiting to talk to was on vacation, which got extended. Once I finally hear back I was told they would NOT replace my tires for free but offered to put $500 towards the cost of 4 tires. I counter offered and told them If they were willing to put $500 towards the cost, then just give me the 4 tires and I will get them put on myself. ( Yes, i did my research and know that the cost of those tires together is under $500). This is so disappointing that I have to deal with this. I don't have money to just throw into this car, I'm already at my max with the purchase itself. Still have not heard back from the dealership. The sales person I worked with is no longer employed. Also, side note, there was no windshield washer fluid in the car when i purchased it, or floor mats. More
Wipers were broken day after purchase. All tires lights were on, all tire pressure, light and sensor light was on. Tires have barely any tread. There were no tire caps on the tires. There were only two screws in the back plate holder. None in the front. The sales person “ no longer worked there” when I came back 40 days after purchase ( would have went back sooner if schedule had permitted) More
