Always friendly and efficient. I go there with my Ford Flex because Key closed their Ford dealership in York. I tried the Key Acura in Portsmouth and didn't like the atmosphere. Drew handled the sale as expected with one exception. The vehicle that I traded in was in my wife's name and we expressed that we wanted the purchased vehicle to also be in my wife's name. This was discouraged by the financial manager for some reason. So, the purchased vehicle was placed in my name. Because of this I could not plate transfer old to new because of the name difference. This inability to transfer cost me about another $250 in registration fees. This is an unacceptable oversight in my opinion. Darren basically told me to eat the $250 because it would be too much effort to redo the paperwork. More
