Everything was great until they got my money. The lack of response after I took the car was a joke. Didn't return calls, refused to acknowledge that the card did not come with an owner's manual. I asked him several times about this and he never acknowledged it. Little Things that really added up besides the owner's manual were the spare key not working. It ended up being a dead battery not a major thing but it obviously was never checked. Another little thing is that I paid $20,000 for a car and they only gave me a half a tank of gas. They also never did a follow-up call to make sure everything was okay and I was happy. I will not be doing business with them again. There are too many other dealerships that go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. More

I brought my 2018 Dodge Charger in due to an engine code for a misfire on cylinder #2. I had Key diagnose the problem which cost 199.95 for labor. I was good with this as I knew it had to come apart due to for a misfire on cylinder #2. I had Key diagnose the problem which cost 199.95 for labor. I was good with this as I knew it had to come apart due to poor engine design. They said it needed new spark plugs and a wiring harness for the fuel injectors. Both are located under the same intake manifold that was already off for diagnosis purposes. Plus, I asked for an oil change while it was apart. They then proceeded to charge me 3 times to remove and replace the very same intake manifold. Labor for diagnosis $199.95; Labor to remove and replace spark plugs $199.95 and Labor for the wiring harness $299.93. The labor rate is not located on the bill, but apparently every labor charge starts at $199.00. Spark plugs are a whopping $45.75 each! For the exact fit spark plugs for the charger the highest cost I found was only $22.95 each. To top this off, they charge 7% of the total labor and parts order for misc. supplies, $75 worth of what? So, after charging $724.78 for labor, $636.72 for overpriced parts, they get you one more time with an additional 3% surcharge for credit card usage. Piracy at its best! I asked that all replaced parts be placed in the trunk so I could look at them and a clear itemized bill for all repairs. I never got any of the parts and the bill is covered with codes that only they know. So, for spark plugs, oil change and replacement of a harness, it cost the incredible amount of $1436.50. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS. I know this will be my last time here. PS The problem still exists! More
