an easy buying experience I had owned Chevy's for my entire life. I was jumping out of my comfort zone by buying a Dodge. I wish that there had been time taken to explain Rams I had owned Chevy's for my entire life. I was jumping out of my comfort zone by buying a Dodge. I wish that there had been time taken to explain Rams options to me. I know nothing of the Ram line. I didn't know the different options offered for a Tradesman, laramie, or anything. I didn't even know what a Promaster was. I certainly would have had a desire to perhaps step up into a more outfitted vehicle. I suppose I should have asked also but I was a bit nervous about just making the change to a different manufacturer. The salesman was very friendly and the sale was painless. It just lacked what I would have called a well informed purchase. I am "happy" with the new truck but certainly would have been happier if i would have been more informed. More

Failed inspection Brought my 2004 grand Cherokee in for inspection and axle seal replacement. Failed inspection do to rust underneath and nothing solid to weld to to re Brought my 2004 grand Cherokee in for inspection and axle seal replacement. Failed inspection do to rust underneath and nothing solid to weld to to repair it. The axle seal should not of been replaced. I should of been told it failed. My wife and I both feel that the $310 should be refunded to us. 8 traded it in on a 2016 Ram 250 tradesman. More
