Money grabbing Sales staff is insanely polite, service staff has their heads clear up their xxxxx. So far we’ve had 2 visits to the garage, just checkups for warrant Sales staff is insanely polite, service staff has their heads clear up their xxxxx. So far we’ve had 2 visits to the garage, just checkups for warranty purposes. Both times we’ve walked away wondering if we should just call the $3k spent a warranty a wash and never deal with them again. 4 weeks after having a checkup we went back for a sticker and suddenly there is a broken tire rod and all 4 tires need to be changed...okay, people miss stuff, but they shouldn’t miss checking if the vehicle is under warranty! Thy tried to charge me full price for it all, I had to argue with them to just friggin check if my car and part was under warranty... 10 seconds to check a computer was hard work for them. 1 of the visits my wife took the vehicle in alone, clearly they saw an opportunity to take advantage of a female who doesn’t know much about cars, she presented a coupon for free oil change with tire rotation and they gave her an excuses about how it wasn’t a good idea to rotate the tires, therefore no oil change should be done... didn’t want to do the work at a discounted price obviously! More
