The dealership has the feeling of a big family and as a customer you are welcomed into that family. Randy Miller, the owner, is a top drawer guy who I have had the great pleasure of working with in making a recent purchase .. No muss, no fuss. Straight-up. Easy and Simple. That is the way I like to work and it is obvious that he and his staff operate that way as well. I have had three vehicles maintained and serviced there and the work is always excellent. timely and fairly charged. I also had an after-market bumper and winch installed on my Wrangler and the workmanship was superb ... the mechanic/technician who did the installation obviously took great pride in his work and it shows. Hometown Feeling I stopped by the Newcastle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on a whim last Saturday. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle at this time, but I knew that I stopped by the Newcastle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on a whim last Saturday. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle at this time, but I knew that I would be buying a vehicle in the future. I sat down with Mitch Mitchell and it was history from there. I am a new owner of a 2018 Jeep Compass Sport! This was one of the most relaxing experiences purchasing a car that I have ever had. Mitch was very friendly, a low-key kind of guy and he let me do most of the talking. As I was trying out the jeep, Mitch was running some numbers after telling him what I would be comfortable with and before I knew it I was signing on the dotted lines! My daughter shared this experience with me and she felt the same way that I did. Everyone was so friendly and inviting that she mentioned to Randy, the owner, that she may have to purchase her next vehicle there. What impressed us the most was how this dealership gives back to the community with offering barbecues for their customers and fundraisers that we can also be a part of...a win, win situation! A handshake deal, straightforward We stopped in because we were going by a lot of dealers, not knowing what we wanted. When we contacted Newcastle Salesperson Mike, he was very helpful We stopped in because we were going by a lot of dealers, not knowing what we wanted. When we contacted Newcastle Salesperson Mike, he was very helpful but no hard sell. When we sat down with the office, his words were that he wantedg to see what he could do to be fair all around. It is December and the showroom has 3 vans full of toys to donate to local children because he gives a discount if you bring in new donation toys. I bought a used car, they put in remote start and heated seats, even though they had to take the car someplace else. FIlled the tank when we tried the car, and filled it when we later bought it, sparkling clean. Even the Service manager came out to meet us and welcome us. All around I felt like it was part of our community and hope that they are here to stay for a very log time. More
