Very disappointed yesterday after I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil & filter change on my Fiat 124 Spider. I was given a price reduction, but I never receiver the Free 23 Point Inspection report. I for a simple oil & filter change on my Fiat 124 Spider. I was given a price reduction, but I never receiver the Free 23 Point Inspection report. I was suppose to also get a Free Alignment check, But have no idea even if they did any for the above beside the the oil and filter change. I drove from Lebanon, Ohio because I used Key the last time and did receive all the vehicle check information. I guess I need to go back to Jack Sweeney in Florence, KY to get the 23 point inspection report. More
After my car was towed to the dealership on a Sunday, I was notified on Wednesday a new battery was needed. Somehow they “forgot” to order a battery. The service department is not organized at all. My truck has been there for over a month and they refuse to give updates on their progress. Key Chrysler gave us superior service with our car. We had issues that Chrysler Corp. would not help us with. The service department won’t help at all. The car they sold me has only lasted 30,000 miles and on the 4th recall. They seem like they couldn't give a care The general tone i've received from the couple of their service people has been that of that they don't really care. The seem to do good work once they get around to it, but my interactions with them have in general been that they didn't care. I don't know who they were. For example; When i took it in for an oil change they even willy nilly used up one of my complimentary tire rotations just because i had them...didn't even ask me before they did it. More
