truck still isnt repaired I had some recalls on my truck so I took it in 3 weeks ago to have them done. One was side curtain airbags ( had to drop the headliner) when I picked I had some recalls on my truck so I took it in 3 weeks ago to have them done. One was side curtain airbags ( had to drop the headliner) when I picked my truck back up the headliner had greasy hand prints in the rear and 3 of the 4 the pilar moldings had damage from being removed with a screw driver instead of a trim tool. I called the service mgr ( Kelly) and he told me to bring the truck back so he could look at my complaints, While showing him the damages he stated what I was showing him was minor and said he had never had a customer complain about things so small. My point is the damages was not there when I dropped my tuck off so I would not accept it with the damages that are there, he laughed and walked away telling to call Chris Tobe ( GM). I left 3 messages for Chris over the course of 4 days before he called back saying he had only received one message, He had me bring the truck back so he could inspect his self, he had parts order new pilar covers and detail to clean the headliner, they called to inform me that my parts are in and scheduled me in to get it done. When I went to drop my vehicle off they had no record of me coming in. They got my truck done the following day and called to tell me to pick it up, I went to get the truck and noticed the NEW driver side pilar cover has more damage than it did before I refused to take my truck and once again and have tried to reach Chris Tobe again with no success, at this point I am waiting on my attorney to return my call to get this issue resolved my vehicles will now go to dave dennis for all repairs/new purchases More

Big Red Truck!!! We brought our Jeep in for service - and some how we came home with a new Truck and what a wonderful experience we had buying our new Dodge 1500 Ra We brought our Jeep in for service - and some how we came home with a new Truck and what a wonderful experience we had buying our new Dodge 1500 Ram Sport - John Reeves was so wonderful to work with - no pressure - just answered all of our questions - and made us feel like one on the family - he is my new hero.... Bob Patterson was so kind and so patient as we worked through all the paperwork - Mr. Tobey - you should be so proud of these two men - as they are a wonderful part of your organization. Spoke to Dave Tackett (Sales) & he listened to what we needed in the future. He was instrumental in finding exactly the right vehicle to replace my old truck. He worked with management for price, perks, trade in, etc. We'd recommend Key & Dave Tackett to anyone searching for a car, truck or SUV. Unexpected Surprise! After visiting the dealership for a routine oil change on my 2012 Dodge Ram truck, while waiting I spoke with my salesman Joe Vaught about my current After visiting the dealership for a routine oil change on my 2012 Dodge Ram truck, while waiting I spoke with my salesman Joe Vaught about my current lease that was going to expire in a few months. I expressed an interest in either buying my current truck, (because I love it) or leasing a new 2015 truck. Joe Vaught and Sales Manager, (Mike Mounts) explained the difference of purchasing my 2012 truck versus leasing a new 2015 truck. Joe, then showed me some new 2015 trucks on the lot as we discussed options that I would want on a new truck, which were pretty much the same options that I had on my current 2012 truck. I simply figured that in the next few months as my current lease approached it's expiration date that Joe would reach out to me on a new truck and left it at that. A week later I had to come back to the service department to have a faulty seat belt replaced under warranty and while waiting I was approached by owners, Terry and Chris Tobey regarding a new truck lease and how they could get me out of my current lease sooner than I thought was possible. As a result of my conversation with Chris Tobey, I was able to lease a new 2015 truck with more options than I currently had on my 2012 truck and was very pleased on how quick and smooth the transaction took place from our conversation to driving away in a new truck in simply a couple of days. The experience was awesome to say the least and not only do I have a new truck with more options, my payments are lower than my 2012 truck payments. It's refreshing to know that Chris and everyone else involved listened to my interest in a new truck and fulfilled my desire to own my next truck sooner than I imaged. Needless to say i was unexpectedly surprised on how I was approached and treated throughout the entire ordeal. I absolutely love my new 2015 truck, (which for the record is my third Dodge Ram truck) and will most likely be a customer for life with Key Chrysler. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership regarding the purchase or lease of a new vehicle. Thank you all again so much! :) More
This dealership has always worked to maintain the highest standards of quality and workmanship.I find that the service staff is up to date on the latest car models and equiped with the best tooling to handle standards of quality and workmanship.I find that the service staff is up to date on the latest car models and equiped with the best tooling to handle any problem that arises.Not to slight the sales staff they are courteous and friendly.One of their best traits is that they don't hover over you but they are there when you want them.This is not to say that you are not greated by a friendly face when you arrive asking if there is any thing they can help you with.I find that the one most important thing at this dealership is that no matter who I talk to or deal with there friendly,they listen,they treat you with respect and they are always willing to help with your problem.I have bought several Chrysler products from Key and will do so in the future along with having them preform all my service needs.In conclusion I have to say that this is the best dealership I have had the pleasure of doing business with.Keep up the good work. I went to this dealership for service and it was terrible. I ended up going to another dealership on recommendation of a friend who lives north of Xenia.
