Kathy-Jo Donahue, car salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I met her at the door, I knew this would be a good experience. Kathy-Jo and her sales manager, Tom Washington went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my trade-in and new purchase. Kathy-Jo messaged me on the day of pick up for a time to come in and sign papers they already prepared which made it a painless and time saving experience. As a mother of two young kids and working full-time, my time is everything. My new car was sitting out front, beautifully detailed and filled with gas. She even took the time after the sale to make sure I was able to hook up my phone to the Bluetooth system for ease of accessibility. My husband buys new trucks every other year for his business and up until finding Key Ford and specifically Kathy-Jo, he has always bought out of the area due to not being happy with the dealerships in our area.
