Employees at service never heard of a funnel for adding oil after oil change. Engine shroud oil drip marks all over it , also front plastic over radiator area full of oil running marks never heard of towel oil after oil change. The detail shop or whoever preps the car for delivery needs to have a checklist or a post inspection to approve their work.
