Not pleased with service I received ! My car was still under warranty and you didn’t fix it correctly it continued to get worse , until warranty went bad then you decided to tell me what My car was still under warranty and you didn’t fix it correctly it continued to get worse , until warranty went bad then you decided to tell me what was wrong and that it would be close to 7000 . I was working with a manager two different times which both were fired and I got left with nothing but payments in a car that had severe issues and a repair bill that wasn’t my responsibility. You are unorganized, unprofessional and you do not back up your warranties . Big disappointment my family who had purchased cars from you all will never purchase from you again , also many complaints from other people ! Good luck ! More

Overall it was a decent experience. People were nice and straightforward. We appreciate the service and ability to get us back for our brake install. A couple of small/minor things that could be improved...1) You need some type of sun shade in the showroom/desk area. We were sweating and blinded by the sun coming through the wall of windows as we sat over the course of 6+ hours doing business. 2) With spending $40,000 on a new vehicle it'd be nice to have some complimentary water available. 3)My husband was texting with someone for days before we arrived for our appointment. We were under the impression that's who we were meeting. However, when we arrived the woman said we weren't talking to her and didn't know we were coming and was unaware of several things we had discussed over the course of those days. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating. More
