Service department The service department was very helpful with an issue I had with my new car. However, the poor guy at the counter could not see his computer screen d The service department was very helpful with an issue I had with my new car. However, the poor guy at the counter could not see his computer screen due to poor placement of the kiosk next to the windows. I was there very early in the morning and the sun made it extremely difficult for him to see his computer screen. This added to the time it took to process my visit. The area should be moved away from the windows, or something should be put in place so that it makes his job easier. He was very helpful and it's nothing against him at all. More
