I was quite a difficult customer for Jason. This was my first car purchase, I wanted to buy a car with a manual transmission, and he didn't have any in stock. I drove the car in an automatic, but clearly first car purchase, I wanted to buy a car with a manual transmission, and he didn't have any in stock. I drove the car in an automatic, but clearly I couldn't buy the car without test driving the manual. Unfortunately, Jason wanted me to leave a deposit to bring the car to the dealer for a test drive. Since I was still considering several other cars, I declined and sought my test drive elsewhere. I received a very competitive offer from the dealer at which I completed my test drive, but Jason was able to beat it. When I decided to go through with the purchase, Jason helped me through every step of the process. He answered all of my many questions, helped me get financing when the bank declined my loan application, and recommended an insurance broker who got me a deal within an hour after regular business hours. Not to mention that he did it all with a polite demeanor, positive attitude, and a smile. Though I initially thought he was a touch pushy to ask for a deposit for a test drive, I was glad that I came back to do business with him. More
