My experience with agents Eugene Laygo and Sal Kroemer was excellant! From the first contact made with me over the phone, to the in-person experience this company along with the employees went above and was excellant! Eugene Laygo made sure that my test drive was very thorough as he took me onto the highway so that I got a good feel of how the car rode in great distance. Sal Kroemer was the General Manager who introduced me to Eugene. I was very pleased with the finance agent who made sure I was getting the best rate possible. After hearing horror stories about how car dealerships trick customers into financing at high balances, I felt the complete opposite here. More

My husband and I had been talking about trying to trade my trailblazer in for a more economical car for several months.This past weekend, I figured I would at least try this to pacify the issue and go to t my trailblazer in for a more economical car for several months.This past weekend, I figured I would at least try this to pacify the issue and go to the key hyundai of manchester as my husband had been hearing the advertisement for a good trade in value on your auto if you still owed more than your car was worth.I thought for sure, because my car was still under loan and with 2.5 years still to pay on i, that nobody would get that gas hog off my hands..So needless to say I wasn't really hopeful nor was I ever in my wildest dreams going there with the thought I would actually be DRIVING home with a brand new Elantra.When we walked in, JOEY VASQUEZ welcomed us with a warm smile and a handshake(not too untypical).He then sat us down and REALLY WANTED to hear what brought us to KEY HYUNDAI.(not typical)Usually at a car dealership they get you all pumped up and excited about one certain car.Joey didn't ,he listened to us and after hearing that since I had been out of work for a while and just recently got back to work He worked with us and for the next several hours he didn't get us all psyched up but was more reassuring...He was very professional and put all the cards on the table .Needless to say ..I was very pleased with how professional,and these guys are HONEST...Joey Vasquez didn't hedge around nor did he promise something that he couldn't come through with.We were treated like family,and we left with the confidence knowing they truely did everything they could to meet our needs and if he couldn't he was up front enough right from the beginning to let us know what the obstacles could be.Well needless to say ,it was a very good experience from the start and JOEY made the experience more enjoyable (as you know..buying a new car can leave you feeling like pulling out your own hair)I didn't feel that way..Like I said..I wasn't going in there to sell or trade in my car even though I knew it had to happen soon..But I did and happier for it now..My payments are manageble and I got an economical car that had some really nice appeal..Thank You Joey and to the finance department for working with us.I am very pleased.There is no place to give JOEY VASQUEZ a rating so I will do it here..Joey Vasquez..WE GIVE YOU AN EXCELLENT RATING from beginning to end..Keep up your good work and we will be recommending all of our friends and family who need a car..to YOU...Thank You Joey Vasquez....Deborah and Donald Mattern from Ct More
