Great experience at Key Hyundai! My wife and I were car shopping recently. We were very sold on a Mazda CX-3 but wanted to do our due diligence and see what else was out there and pr My wife and I were car shopping recently. We were very sold on a Mazda CX-3 but wanted to do our due diligence and see what else was out there and price out some other options. We stopped into Key Hyundai and were very quickly greeted by Matt. After we gave him a rough idea of what we were looking for, he direct us towards the brand new Hyundai Kona's. This wasn't a car I was previously aware of but we were very impressed with the feature set as well as Matt's friendly sales pitch. We left that day without doing a test drive but when we went out again the next day we made Hyundai our first and (as it turned out) only stop. Matt wasn't working but we were quickly greeted by Keith who was very friendly and happy to help us with a test drive. The test drive went well and we were very sold on the car. We sat down to discuss financial details and he was very easy going, not remotely pushy or aggressive. When the first couples sets of numbers didn't work out, he was very willing to negotiate and they were able to work with my quite a bit to reach a number that was comfortable with me. The actual paperwork/purchasing process was very painless and everyone that we worked and interacted with was friendly and easygoing. There is a positive and relaxed atmosphere that definitely makes for a much more comfortable, less pressured car buying experience. I've already recommended Key Hyundai to several friends and will continue to do so. More
