It felt very rushed and I was not ready to buy a car that night which was partly my fault for not speaking up. I felt a lot of pressure from everyone and it was very overwhelming. This was the first time I bought a car and I clearly made some rookie mistakes. But I felt like my lack of experience was taken advantage of. There were some things that left a bad taste in my mouth, such as no one gave me a breakdown of what I was actually buying and signing for, then I was told the car came with 3 years free of bluelink to then find out it was only 3 months and was told by David that it was no problem to put in the car starter for me, implying it would be at no cost but then the next day he told me it would be $600. Things were shady and not upfront, and I felt duped when I got home. It was not a good feeling. Ed was great all around and was very prompt when I texted him questions. I guess my main issue was more with David. Manny did my paperwork when I came to pick up the car and was very professional and patient with me and greatly appreciated that. More
