Mostly very happy Shannon Brown was an awesome salesperson. I have no complaints and would highly recommend him. The only problem I have is with the GAP insurance. In the Finance office it was never explained to me that it was optional. The person (I am sorry, but I do not remember his name) showed me the different levels bronze - etc and indicated that I needed to pick one. I do not believe that he ever said I could opt out. It was not until I later when I read the sales agreement that I noticed that the GAP insurance said (optional) next to it. But, by then I had already signed all the paperwork and taken possession of the car. I just feel like they took advantage of me in that respect. When I did question one other thing during the signing process - the person in the finance office said - well the payments are what we told you so it is all good. I did feel pressure to sign quickly as it was after the dealership's closing time. No one actually said to me that I needed to hurry, but I personally felt badly for keeping them late. I do like Key Hyundai overall and will buy from them again. However, I will remember to keep a better eye out when I do the signing - no matter how excited I am to get a new car. More
