Bad customer service. Do not follow thru to accommodate a paying customer who pays for a warranty. If you have all day service. The first issue I had there was trying to get my recall done after making an appointment and driving down there I was told that they had no parts in stock to perform the recall service after I made the app done after making an appointment and driving down there I was told that they had no parts in stock to perform the recall service after I made the appointment, to remedy the situation the service person told me that they would give me four free oil changes for my inconvenience which I agreed and thought everything was fine then second time I had an appointment to get my recall done I made sure and called the day before to avoid the same issue with the parts not being available and I was asked if I was going to do my service at the same time but my car was not ready for service yet I told the man on the phone I'll wait until the mileage is due to get my service done at that point he told me no they did not have the parts in stock for my appointment the next day, so I made a third appointment and by this time I was ready to have my service done and thank God they had the parts in stock for my recall service at the same time when it was all said and done I left the dealership paying a little over $400 for the oil change which was which synthetic oil and they told me I needed in alignment at 17,000 miles which I found odd because my tires weren't wearing unevenly at all but that was my fault for not speaking up and saying no but I was just disappointed that they did not honor the four free oil changes I was promised for telling me they had my recall parts and stock and making me drive down there just to tell me they didn't have them after they pulled my car inside and I waited, just be careful and when they say your car needs something just make sure it does need it even if you have to get a second opinion I'm not saying this is a bad dealer I did have a good buying experience there just not a good service experience and I will not be going back there again. More

I used the online chat feature to review all of my questions and concerns, and Olivia B. was super helpful. She answered each question quickly and was apologetic about the fact that the service department's phone line was only working sporadically. The chat experience was easy and I look forward to getting work done at this dealership for years to come. More
Im having problems with heating system. I took it in for an oil change and told them I had a defrosting problem I was told it was looked at and fine.
