Florence Davies -Great Service Went in to do some service on my Sonata and ended up buying another car. But the only reason why I ended up buying a car at key Hyundai was because Ry Went in to do some service on my Sonata and ended up buying another car. But the only reason why I ended up buying a car at key Hyundai was because Ryan and Larry in service. They have given me the best customer service for the past 5 years. If it wasn't for those two guys giving me great service. I would've left key Hyundai and taken my service some where else. Than while purchasing another car I met 2 great guys Firas and Dan Vargas who has been great with my new purchase. Even though there were few bumps in the road, but everything has been great. Wish I would've gotten another Hyundai, but I love Honda's too. More

The sales department is not pushy and gives solid reasoning to back up their sales information. I also have to commend the service department for their courtesy and thorough knowledge in expressing the actual needs versus pushing the optimum choices. I always feel I can trust their advice and it is the service department that has kept me a Hyundai customer. I thank Larry Plunkett, Daniel Vargus, and Scott Vogel for giving me once again, such a positive experience. More
Great experience Tariq is great. My Santa Fe had to go in for service issues and recalls , maybe more than I would have liked, luckily everything covered by my warrant Tariq is great. Bait and switch Brought my car in because 2 of my brake lights were out .i only had upper middle brake light working. They quoted me a price but did not have the part to fix it that day. And the could not get me a loaner when im basically driving around with no brake lights. So i drove my car home and will bring it back to get it fixed . When i did they told me its a totally different problem now and it will be an extra 200$. But yet again they did not have the part. I just left my car this time so i did not drive without any brake lights :((((. I let my displeasure be know and got a free oil change for my trouble . This does not sound like a Dealer for the peoole does it Jill . Your truly Keith toth More

I was furious at that point it now it has been over a week and a half call we everyday while leaving messages still no follow up from anyone. All they care about is sales. More
Above and beyond expectation. I went in for an oil change for my 2015 Sonata. I originally wanted an SUV but was unable to do it at the time. I was talking with Francisco while wai I went in for an oil change for my 2015 Sonata. I originally wanted an SUV but was unable to do it at the time. I was talking with Francisco while waiting and couldn't believe it when after a few questions and 20 minutes later he drove up a 2012 Veracruz Limited and asked how I liked it. I thought he was joking. He said we can do the trade with my Sonata and keep my payments the same. I was sold. It was my birthday weekend and he made my day. My experience with Key Hyundai has always been exceptional. I have my own business and know that "true" customer is a rare thing today. Francisco went above and beyond what I would have expected for just taking my Sonata in for an oil change. I now got the SUV I wanted. Thanks Francisco and Jill. Tony L More
