Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us regarding you recent Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchase. We take every dissatisfied customer experience very seriously. Upon receipt of your review I spoke to our Used Car and Hyundai Service Managers. In attempt to correct this issue, when you brought your purchased Hyundai back, we measured the remaining tire tread. Under Hyundai's Certified Pre-Owned Inspection policy, each certified vehicle's tires must have at least 5/32" of depth remaining. When we measured the tires in front of you, we found the depth to be 6/32" on the front tires and 7/32" on the rear. Because the tires had more than the required trade to certify the vehicle, we did not replace the tires. I'd like to apologize that this buying experience did not live up to your expectations. Of course that is never our intent. We'd really love another opportunity to salvage our relationship and regain your trust. I've asked our Hyundai Sales Manager, Craig Reaves, to be your point of contact. If would like us to explain the Certified pre-owned policy in further detail, answer any questions, or address another concern, please don't hesitate to contact either of us. Upon receipt I spoke to our Used Car Manager and Hyundai Service Manager . When you returned to the dealership to discuss your concerns, one of our Hyundai certified technicians measured the tread depths of each of your tires and determined each tire had tread depth that exceeded the required minimum under Hyundai's Certified Pre-Owned program. Because the tires had more than the required tread depth to certify the vehicle , we did not replace the tires. I'd like to apologize that this buying experience did not live up to your expectations. Thank you so much for paying attention to my review. But my front tires only 5/32 not 6/32 with is make me more disappointed after I read the answer from your sale and service department. I did 3 more tire inspections on all of front tires in 3 different places, and all of them show 5/32 . This makes me feel like your Hyundai service is trying to make a profit off of me. So now, I'm losing my trust to this place. In your motto it says people make a difference, and this is 100% true but, your actions say different. With regards, Irina
