Very personable people at Key who are generally long standing employees. They are also very knowledgable of their product and do a thorough job of sharing that knowledge with prospective customers. My only criticism is that there seems to be a commmunication gap between their Internet Mgr and the sales force. More

Key is a classy establishment. From what I was told, every sales person had a college degree, so you weren't getting the full court press from some hillbilly. This was my 3rd car from this dealer. My first two were great cars and I had excellecent service before and after I bought them, which is why I went back.
