Not even offered a complimentary oil change...sad. if u were willing to negotiate u could probably sell 2-3X as many cars or more. Not a very good business model. This could separate u from all the rest. Little to nothing has changed in the car buying experience in the last 50 years just the faces. No wonder u are loathed by the overwhelming majority of people in this country. Also wasn't happy that the online promo wasn't available. This in no way reflects Fred's absolute professionalism and courtesy. A true gentleman...old school! If not 4 him I would have left the dealership. More
