Unpleasant Walking in one employee was yelling at another. My service director could not tell me exactly how much my oil change would be but of course they want Walking in one employee was yelling at another. My service director could not tell me exactly how much my oil change would be but of course they want you to sign a document. He said maximum would be $65. When I went to check out the cashier asked for $69. I asked if they would check the fluids and tire pressure he said yes. Tire pressure was not checked. After leaving one tire had 33 lbs, another 35 the other 36 and 38. Sitting next to a gentleman who was having $200 worth of service they came in to let him know there was a nail in the tire...cost of the plug $23. I really wish 5 Star Hyudai and Evan Kitchens from that dealership were closer. They repaired my tire for no cost and were very friendly. The entire time at Key, I felt I was an inconvenience to them along with their hand digging into everyone's pocket. More

I decided to come look at Hyundai and was instantly impressed with the vehicle. I was also impressed with the sales person who assisted me, Nelson Caballero. He put me at ease, and was extremely professional and helpful. After being there, I knew I wasn't going to buy the Toyota any longer. Nelson was great and worked with me on everything I asked.
