We have never had such a satisfying, relaxing, and stress free dealing with a vehicle dealership EVER as we just had at Key Scales Ford. Rod Berger, Jeff and Mike were wonderful!!!!!!! Everyone we encountere free dealing with a vehicle dealership EVER as we just had at Key Scales Ford. Rod Berger, Jeff and Mike were wonderful!!!!!!! Everyone we encountered was gracious, friendly and sincere. The dealership has surpassed any expectations we might have had coming in to look for a new vehicle by far!!!!! And it was all a one stop shopping experience! All the work and headaches were taken care of and we left in a brand new Ford Escape. Our friends love the look of it. We tell them to go see Rod at Key Scales! He is knowledgeable. Answers questions. Not pushy. A great car shopping experience! We are very happy. Everything seems more difficult as we age. It was such a gift to be able to relax and feel confident making such a huge purchase. I wish more businesses were like you. THANK YOU! More

Mr. Pyle was very kind and did not pressure us into buying our car. The whole experience was very pleasant. They worked with us and we got the price affordable for us .All of the staff were equally a buying our car. The whole experience was very pleasant. Went in looking to possibly lease a vehicle and wound up buying one instead. Mark worked with us to stay within our budget, showed us a vehicle that he thought would be good, and we went home very happy. Th buying one instead. very helpful throughout the sale and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. I was able to test drive the car and dealership had a great route picked out to check all aspects of the car. It was great to work out the deal prior to driving 2-1/2 hours away from home. No dealer in Tampa was able to get close to the specific truck and price I wanted. The dynamic duo were great, They were both very helpful. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. The reason for the two salesperson's, It was Rod's turn up, but he was tied up on a problem. Called ahead of time and negotiated the price on purchasing a Kia Optima... Since I was traveling from out of the county, I wanted to make sure we could agree on a deal. To my pleasant surprise, the deal we made over the phone, was the SAME exact deal I received when I went in to the dealership. There was no haggeling and trying to make changes, or any problems.
